Large percentage of population in Arusha depends on getting water originating from Themi River of the Mount Meru.

Waste Management
On waste management point of view, no food leftovers are wasted. All of our leftovers go to feed our few dairy zero grazing cows which finally produce milk for breakfast, manure as fertliser for vegetables and trees in the gardens, biogas as renawable alternative source of energy for kitchen use.
